SCAM - Loan scammer rang. I asked them to remove my details from their system and he started shouting and swearing at me.
This number is from AO.COM (Appliances on Line) and is likley to be with regard to a recent purchase and/or expired warranty of an applicance such as a Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine etc. They will try to sell you an extened warranty etc

Called me and said they are from HMRC contacting me regarding tax fraud and tax evasion I have committed and said that if I wont listen to what they have to tell me, arrest order will be issued within the next hour. I asked what exactly I have committed but got no answer and then I said I am pretty sure they are not from HRMC and asked to confirm my NI number. This number has just called the home phone and spoken to my partner. My partner had filled out some online surveys recently which was about gaining free samples etc. This was mentioned over the call and then offered him £20 worth of petrol or diesel vouchers, but would need his bank details over the phone to pay for postage. My partner was chatted to the person right up until this point... then stated with all due respect, as much as I would love the vouchers, I never have or will give my bank details out

The products I have wouldnt involve them speaking to me. Proper scam! DO NOT RING BACK. I Got a call and when I picked it no body answered.
Rang me at 13.35 on 31st March 2023, I didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number but checked it out ojnline. I am presuming it is a scam call
Called saying it was in relation to a PPI claim. Lots of chatter and laughter in the background.When I asked them to remove me from their database they asked if they could ask me a survey question which was if I was 10m away from the sun how hot would I be? I said dead and they hung up.

My partner have a lot of personal stuff happening and these idiots just call several times a day and sometimes because it looks like a genuine number you automatically pick up. DON T do it. I m letting the answer machine do it s thing but I just wish these idiots would bugger off.

You receive a genuine text message from O2 with a security code.
