Hung up as soon as I answered. Most likely a spam call.

Received call from busy overseas call centre claiming to be BT. When I pointed out that yesterdays call was reported as a fraud to the police she hung up. Yesterdays call exactly same script but from 01724956685 they are hacking into or falsely generating a UK number. It is the role of BT to put a stop to this nonsense?

Asian type voice called about our computer - surprise surprise. We kept her talking for almost 3 minutes pretending we were grateful for her help. When asked what we could see on the screen (we didn t switch it on) we used the well used phrase beware Asians asking about your computer . She promptly ended the call.

This number is a car recovery team.. RAC. I had a accident and called my car insurance and they forwarded my vehicle details to 01614238000. They called and asked if I had been recovered... Genuine number...

Daily call to my mobile ..nuisance ,used to be a customer of Laithwaites but not any more and have requested to be removed from their customer list they clearly are not listening!

missed call when i rang it back line just goes beep then cuts off. Bad sign - trustworthy companies have a recorded message explaining who they are, etc. Did a bit of research - very worrying. consumer websites show people being asked for their bank card details then fees being debited that they werent expecting. Sounds like a scam or at least very, very sharp practise. Avoid answering or block number, is my advice.

3 calls in 3 days from caller who would not leave company name but wanted someone other than me to call back and left this no. Comments on this web site raise alarm bells.

Keeps calling our business line claiming to be Bristish Gas, when i try tell them we are not with British Gas they try to tell me we are and that our electricity bill is ready for renewal, I always ask them to send a letter in the post to which they tell me they cant and try to put me through to there manager

Never heard of Nexbridge Until I Google d them. They don t speak nothing,the line just stays Quiet. They will phone you 3 or 4 times a day and it s always the same... No one speaks

PPI calling from a landline number so that you will answer

26 Nov 2021 - Man with thick, asian accent called me, purporting from a company called "White Goods Repair" based in Luton, telling me that my Indesit washing machine warranty had expired and did I want to extend it. Clearly a scammer so I pretended that the line was bad, strung him along for as long as I could be bothered, before hitting him with my best line of expletives and hanging up on him.Reply

Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! I have no idea why but I am repeateadly getting texts from this number and it says it is from Lurid Nature, the msg says thank you for being our client and if you are interested in more offers please visit our webpage. It seems they put me in their client list or so, even though , I have never bought anything from them

The number was given to me to phone, by a guy on a dating site. I have not used it, just had strange feelings about it.
