Does he/she realise that by calling from the USA to UK is going to cost them as our line is low call for UK mainland and premium for International private callers. Three phone calls from this number. Heavy accent hard to understand. Claims to be doing an important energy survey and that number will be removed from list afterwards. Refused to give company name when asked and repeated it was important survey and they needed my gas/electric details. Becomes rude and aggressive when you ask questions.

On returning this call it was an automated response saying that as my phone contract was due to expire shortly they could offer info. on new handsets etc. Press 1 to remove from their database, 2 to speak to someone. On entering 1 you are requested to enter your no. then the hash tag. Upon doing this the line went dead. Hopefully I won t now start receiveing lots of Spam!
