This company will ask to speak to owner of the business, then they will say that they are updating you on the support you gave for in my case a school, they will then tell you the info pack you agreed to has now been printed and sent and your bill is £££. Just persevere and refuse any claims they make that you 'apparently' agreed to and they will hang up. I just said I don't do any sort of support or external advertising.

Got a call just now purported to be from this number saying they were my Internet providers and that my computer has been hacked and my service will be disconnected for 24 hours. It then offered me to speak with their agent. I just put the phone down as I feel it is a scam.

Automated message sounds like it is from the bank, but did not state name of bank, or cardholder. Used another phone to call the number back (out of curiosity). A slight twist on other reviews, as claiming to have ?2500.75 (very precise) owing to my daughter, on my phone, for an incident 2-3 years ago, or when pressed, in the last 4 years (all very imprecise!). Asked for company name and told Motor Investigations. I haven t acted on behalf of my daughter on my phone for over 10 years now, so old contact lists being obtained from somewhere. Will be reporting to Ofcom.
