SCAM by recorded voice saying they were HM Revenue & Customs and a tax fraud had been reported. Say to press 1 to discuss with the officer. If I didn’t press a number to be connected I woukd soon be arrested. Obviously pressing any key will incur huge charges or they will try to get you to give personal information etc. My number is really private so I wonder just who sold it to these scammers?

Claimed to be from my mobile provider. They hung up when I asked them to confirm which company. Scammers.
01613540614 keeps calling and waking the baby.Having spoken to the ICO, they could be in breach of data protection regulations. Go on to the ICO.gov.uk website and make a complaint. Hopefully if enough people complain it will get stopped and they will be held accountable.

Caller claimed to be from BT. From such a professional organisation, I would expect the caller to identify themselves personally, such as 'hello my name is abc, from BT, etc. So I assumed it to be a scammer either trying to either sell me something or obtain personal information about me. I'd also expect the 'phone number to come up in google search. Told caller to 'bogoff'.

Not quite fraud but disgusting. Called my elderly mother and told her he was from Hell and coming to get her. She promptly told him where to go in no uncertain terms and blocked the number!
It was a dead call. It rang, I answered. Several seconds of silence later and the call dropped. Another site has a claim that it is a debt management company. I could not tell. Ringing and hanging up to encourage a call back seems to be on the rise. I would say that there is no reason to trust it.

Persistent nuisance calls with no reply when you pick up. I contacted Orange and they told me to report the harassment to the police which i did but they still haven t stopped. They clearly care nothing for the law. Orange did have an alternative which would cost me monthly but i could prevent that number calling me again. So, I can reschedule by clicking in to an https:// site. how wonderful of them to tell me!!!!!...... The number lookup on Who called me says it belongs to the Russian Federation, Comy - must be a hell of long way to go to deliver a parcel.
