used my first name,i denied it then asked if i was sure and called me MR (surname)....told him not to call bAck
This number called me and said he was from a government department in London and wanted to send someone to survey my insulation. Too many beeps when he finished each sentence and when challenged he hung up. I feel this is a very worrying scam.
A woman using my first name said she was calling about the funeral. I asked her whose funeral and she replied "Yours, of course"! Now I've heard everything.
