The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. I am now receiving phone calls telling me I am entitled to a free upgrade and cheaper phone rate. I have told them several times now over five days that this is already sorted and I am now still receiving phone calls. This company ring monthly. The woman today was very aggressive saying she was doing me a favour and wanted a reason why I was refusing such a good deal. Asked to speak to manager, she came with a higher voice, I wasn?t fooled. Asked again for manager and who promptly cut me off. Rang back the number it was Hotweeks. Got through to manager who said he would remove my details from their system. They have said that before . If they ring again it?s off to Ofcom.

I have been receiving daily calls from this number for about 2 weeks and every time I pick up the receiver the call terminates.

This is a company called Business Advisory Services who appear to be a genuine energy broker but they are aggressive and pushy on the phone. They don t really declare that they are a broker and ask for information on your energy bills. Having established they are a broker, I told them we have an energy broker we are very happy with. Was rung by this number twice and put on hold for 7 minutes by an automated American voice and then hung up on.

Repeat calls regarding alleged motor accidents that simply haven t taken place. Repeat calls dispite being told in no uncertain terms to never call me again.

This recorded voice offers Government funded solar panels etc, then press 2 on keypad. I have pressed 2 to speak to the nuisance caller but only get a dialling tone

So far in the past week I have had 13 calls from these people. Thankfully I have a CPR Call Blocker fitted on my phone line, so now I don t even hear the phone ring. They do seem to be very persistent though. Hopefully they will realise soon they aren t going to get anywhere with my number and give up.

I m a student and find receiving silent calls unnerving.

They have called twice left message once and sent me two emails concerning a debt for plusnet. I contacted plusnet who confirmed no outstanding debt and that this was a scam.

I recieved a call from a company introducing themselves as Energy Helpline and stated that they were looking to help me out on my Home Phone and Broadband bills. They convinced me to switch to another provider and that I had to pay an amount upfront for an activation fee? Is this normal? Then they stated they had a power cut as soon as I gave those details and they then had to ring me back? Sounds suspicious if you ask me, it has been an hour now. What is happening???

Ppi credit agent, told not interested 5 times, still continue to ask if I have had any texts or voicemails when asked what s it to do with them they get angry an then say well have you checked your credit file, when told one last time I m not interested the woman said fine an hung up Don t waste time answering to them
