This number really is the fraud dept of Smile Bank / The Co-Operative Bank, but there is no way that I would reply to texts of this nature - the fact that a major retail bank is sending out texts like this from an unadvertised mobile number is disgraceful. I called my bank on their advertised Customer Services number, and they said that the text was from them. (Their hold music told me to be wary of fraud - such irony!!)

I was not sure of the call so I asked her to call me back once I have checked my account online (by logging in the scottish power web site with my details...
