Couldn t even say my name properly. Rudely talked over me with his script about answering a survey which would take 40 seconds. Hung up when i asked where he d got my number.

This number called today and I didn t have time to Google it before answering. Said they were from American Express, only asked for half my postcode and they knew the type of card I held and how long I have had it. Repeated calls from this recorded message telling me to ugently claim my refund (for what?) and asking me to select an option. Called me three times in one afternoon, very annoying. I didn’t recognise the number and didn’t answer the calls.

Girl with indistinct squeaky voice ... eventually ... poor line but could make out "... accident that was not your fault ..." This came 5 minutes after another "unknown" number that I had just checked on this site and now know know who it was, because I need my tumble dryer fixing before it bursts into flames.

7 calls in one day 10:18 11:35 12:17 12:46 14:24 15:01 15:28 It is Adrian Flux, its from a call centre i rang back and destroyed the guy on the other end of the line. I have used them and always been happy but over 3 days ive had over 20 calls. would put me off ever using them again!! my insurance wasnt even up! I called this time a year ago inquiring for insurance for someone else in my family. after the first 3 calls today they would then only let it ring just under 2 rings!
