recently set up a website with 1&1, this number calls me at least once a day now. blocked.

Voice mail form this number claiming they are form police. Saying there is a warrant for my arrest. It is a Recorded message but is really well spoken. Definately a scam as HMRC only communicates via the portal or registered post

Cold caller menace, now using mobile phones, now blocked.

Just another harassment call ,just wish they would stop annoying me .

The person knew my name and address BUT the wrong postcode - it was way off! As I said it was the wrong postcode they asked me for mine which I refused to give and told them as they had the wrong information I was not the person they needed.

Called but was too busy talking to others to say anything to me. Clearly a scam call.

scammers pretending to be from HMRC, says there is a fraud case against my name... threatened me with arrest if I didn't press one. Ignore it, it's probably Indian's or Nigerian's trying to scam people again. Racist? F*ck off coward it's true.

I was asked about my pension history and whether I had a PIP. If I did the government have announced that I should be able to reclaim over-charging, particularly if my pension pot was more than £10,000. I asked for details of their website and she gave me theirs where there is no reference to this. Also mention gov.co.uk (which is obviously gov.uk) and I can find no reference to what she said. Also nothing on Moneysaving Expert, my go-to place for this type of thing.

Company apparently called Quigley & Carter using various mobile numbers to send spam texts. After all the complaints, it beggars belief that these scammers are still using the same phone number and not been arrested. We are a computer repair business and have 2 telephone lines. Got a call on line 1 from the scammer (Asian male) who announce that my computer had problems!!! He was told in no uncertain terms to do something rather harmful to himself. Had this number, 01619390228 call me a few times recently, they don t let the phone ring very long, have never left a voice message and on trying to call the number I get an engaged tone, will try to get to my phone quicker next time to answer, reckon it s a scam call, shouldn t be allowed !!
