BEWARE...I rang this number thinking it was my local Nat West branch. I just wanted to transfer some money but this was their call centre and I was charged the princely sum of £4.43 on my phone bill for the privilege. Part of this goes to Bt and the rest to Nat West. Never again.

When receiving calls from these shady characters, my family and friends try to waste as much of their time as possible. very irritating. calls house 30 times plus per day i had to unplug, had to download call blocker to block to mobile as mobile rings 20 times per day!!!

This number has called a number of times in the last two weeks. When answered, it is an automated voice purporting to be BT, which states that our internet will be disconnected today and offering two return call options which I am fairly sure are cost traps. We don t have BT internet. On hanging up, I called the number back and it rang but was not answered.

Irish lad said he was calling about my frozen pension. i played along and made up stuff about a fictitious pension which he VERIFIED. When said I was just digging out the file to get the pension reference number he hung up, l am a pension administrator so can baffle them with terminology. Proves these calls are a scam.
