Claiming to have reports that i'd been involved in an accident - clearly a scam.

London number (fails to connect on call back) Indian voice asking to speak to Mr ......, told me I had a serious issues with my PC. When I asked him for the identity of the PC and its serial number so I could identify which of the 200 PCs at my location was the issue he blathered a bit and then when I asked him which of the Police Constables he wished to speak to he hung up. Scam Microsoft

2 calls today - introduced themselves as TalkTalk to discuss "router servicing". Line was very poor, when I said so they hung up. Contacted TalkTalk and they confirmed it was a scam call.

Whatson.uk.com offering an out of this world advertising offer?! Very skeptical!

A few minutes after my last nuisance call, which was from the Talk Talk impersonators, I got this one - from the p.p.i. pests using a number they had not used for me before. Only a couple of days ago their recorded message was saying it was their final attempt to contact me, but telling lies is habitual for them. I estimate I have had a hundred calls from these people. I look forward to the day they are prosecuted. They are making money out of people s naivety so I hope they get fined heavily.

Blacks Brokers appear to have changed tack and are now calling themselves Business Match UK - they asked if (name) still owned the business and then, can I have a quick chat, when I asked what it was about they hung up. Most annoying!

Unallocated number so definitely a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers but originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. They ransom dial number...
