Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names. Called 12:20 20-dec-2018. Apparently looking to review my life insurance on behalf of Legal & General. When I pointed out that I hadn t had life insurance with them for over 20 years she said it must be my wife then! I hung up on her at that point.

DO NOT answer the call. They don t need to have a conversation with you, just toknow the line is active. They find this out by you answering. They then sell your details and number on to other advertisers and brokers.

Keeps calling but hangs up/disconnects on answer & no message left.

As mentioned in other reports this is Consumer Care Direct, their return contact number is 0161 814 9588, they just keep calling even though there is no interest

Was called at 4.15pm on Sunday and a message was left that consisted of a full 5 minutes exactly of white noise.
