A number I don t recognise from Slough called me on 20/11/19
Just called me regarding an attempted transaction to John Lewis. Said my account was ‘under attack’ and there had been several suspicious transactions. He said he would escalate my case to Level 3 fraud, set up a new account number and sort code with a random generated name. Phoned Santander fraud department who confirmed my account was safe - the scammer then called me back ‘No Caller ID’! so I told him in no uncertain terms that he was a scamming bastard and he could go forth and multiply.

When i try to find out who it is, then i see that there is no particular information about the caller. So, UK you won't get a bite from me no matter how many times you call me. Insulation company called in to follow up on and assessment we booked for our roof. Really impressed with how thorough were answering my queries. Two days later we received one of their assessors, credit to whoever runs this company! They were the 3rd in regards to getting some advice. Not only all their findings were photographed and recorded. They gave us the best quote! Refused to take a any payment until we were 100% happy with the work schedule to be carried out.
