Keep getting missed calls. Called back, said it was API telecoms. No idea who or what they are.

SCAM: same area in Manchester from which several similar phone numbers come from. Only lets your phone ring for a short time and never leave a message. Don't call back unless you are looking for trouble! Thank goodness for answer phones and caller ID.

Just had a call from this number. Someone saying something so fast I couldn't understand it. Don't want to ring back as may be a con. Don't recognise number.

Too many calls from this number. Difficult to understand and does not identify what they want. Says they are not sales calls but want answers to personal questions

All I know is that it's a London number. Didn't answer it.

The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. Same as everyone else. Got the call and "natasha" said she d been informed that I d been involved in a car accident and that it wasnt my fault. She asked "is that right?" too which I answered "Yes, I was killed" and hung up. When is something going to be done about these morons?

Insurance company. Tell them you want to buy something, put the phone on a table and get on with your day, washing dishes, reading the paper, listening to the radio, say something every now and again to keep them there, waste their time, waste their money, keep em hangin on. They ll soon go away, no company can afford to have people making calls and no sales.

Another one of those Car Accident Claim Crap! I love the way they ask their questions in a leading manner. I.E. "You were involved in a car accident, is that rright". Seriously!!!! Are they not meant to know before calling? Next time I think I ll say yes and lead them down the garden path! Anyway, don t answer; they re dodgy!

They said I had won a discount holiday but wanted me to answer all personal questions. Told them I was busy as something didn't see right Too pushy and too nosey.

These unwanted calls from a supposed insurance broker are a distraction and I will block this number. Something should be done to close them down.

Never give any information to an unknown caller, no matter how plausible they sound.
