I was reciving calls from this number and was confused when i saw it was a london chippy. I phoned them and spoke to them apparently someone is using their number to phone people they don't phone people themselves. If you receive a call from this number it is not the chippy staff calling you so be aware.

Got a text first thing in the morning saying my current contract had expired and I would receive a call later with and updated offers. Got the call from O2 on this number about 2 hours later.

This sounded like an Indian call centre claiming to be from my internet provider regarding faults on my line. Clearly a scam as he hesitated quite a bit when i asked who he was calling from. The number is not recognised if you re-dial it,

This number has been calling my landline approx. 7-8 times a day for the past 5 days. I always check 0844 numbers before I answer, so I have been ignoring this once I saw the negative comments left on this site. How can I stop them calling altogether?

Phone call everyday from these guys, answer and phone goes dead after a few seconds.

They called me with a pre-recorded message claiming to be a tax refund thing. Press 5 to continue or 9 to unsubscribe. I have a feeling pressing either number would have cost me dearly.

I was called today by this company and found out who they were (on here). I promptly phoned their 0845 number and requested that they remove me from their database. I explained that I had caller preference and threatened to report them to Ofcom. The interesting thing is that they asked me if I knew a certain person (who they mentioned by name). This person was clearly the person they were chasing for the debt but I had never heard of her. They state on their website that they are they work ethically, honest

Strange - got a call from this number which I answered. It was silent at first then after a few seconds I could hear background noise then it cut off. Called back from a separate withheld number and just get a message that says Thank you. Press 1 to remove your number then hangs up, so none the wiser as to who it is or why they called.

A guy called Shaun said he was calling about a virus that was being used to illegally download porn in China and Japan, he got rather highrate when i told him that i had an Apple Mac and not a windows comouter. i also got through to their police department which sounded like the same guy standing a little bit further away from the phone. AVOID AT ALL COST
