This number called, the person didn't speak, then hung up.

Called asked to confirm my addrsss to which I refused and she said is it “previous address” when I said no she pressured to for my address and then asked who I bank with. Hung up. Very politely spoken female, very dangerous for vulnerable people AVOID at all cost

I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. We are called 3-4 times a day. Every time, I tell them to take us off their calling list (as you are advised to say!), but they just won t stop. They start before 9am and still call into late evening. Their treat is, "if you just answer our questions then we will stop ringing you" . . in other words, if you don t we will continue to annoy you.

My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone.
