Keeps phoning and putting phone down

Very persistent gent - Jerry Edwards - who, when I insisted, gave me Microsoft Manchester s address and phone number. His number withheld. Having put the phone down on him he rang me back immediately TWICE. Only got rid of him by agreeing to be in at a certain time two days later. He did not ring back BUT today, five days later, he was on again and was very hard to get rid off - just would not take NO for an answer, unperturbed that I had contacted Microsoft direct (which I had - NOT via the Manchester nu
