These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake. An Indian-sounding "customer service executive" calling himself Patrick refused to cancel the contract or to recognise the statutory cooling-off period. This is a total scam. Microsoft would never call you out of the blue, an 0208 number is no where near Reading, and the second number looks like a total invention.

This number called me, when I answered was met with beeping, then when I called back immediately after went to voice mail of someone called "suzanne walsh" sounded like a middle aged white woman? Confused!!

Scam caller looking to get your private details. Using fake local number to get you to pick up the phone. Don t give your details and just hang up o them, block the if you can.

Long silent call from 01625 342966 and then the next day dropping to "no agent available" broadcast call. Numbers in 0161 814 range and the one above are allocated dynamically as pseudo local numbers by https://nexbridge.co.uk/ The only trace for Morgan Cooper is a presumably unrelated metal bashing company down south.
