Nuisance caller. When told that we are not interested and don t want them to call again the response from Nicole was "tell the decision maker to ring me to tell me that. We can t accept that instruction from anyone else". When advised that the decision maker has no intention of speaking to them, they "threaten" to call again in 2 weeks time if they haven t heard from us. They don t accept that anyone has a right not to take their call.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER Fraud call. Pretending to be BT with a fault in the internet. I happen to have a fault so nearly fell for it, tried to get me to download a programme which would have infected my computer and obtained bank details. Have informed BT the callers were rude and offensive when I questioned their activity.

As soon as I answered, they cut the call, tried phoning back but put in a queue and after ten seconds cut off.

In my opinion, this is a dodgy number.

Second call today, different number from the first. I m not answering any so called international calls as I m sure they re scams.

Selling Burglar alarms/security systems. When I said I already had one, she asked if it was monitored. English sounding lady. No idea if legit. Told her I was quite happy with what we had, and she politely ended the call.

This number 01332 823569 called and posed as HMRC.
nNot sure why anyone would do that.

Call early in the morning, said he was my "local insulation cfficer". I asked if it was about wall/loft insulation, took a while then he said yes, told him not intrested and put phone down, be carefull they are trying to sound like council officers.
