The caller gets the recipient to perform some tasks on their PC, claiming that it is infected. If you ask for their number, they provide this one. Had a couple of calls from these guys now, they describe themselves as a crime prevention unit but are nothing more than an advertising company, after 10 mins of them telling me they needed my help to name and shame illegal tradesmen I asked if they were anything to do with the police or actual crime prevention at all, at that point the guy got a bit nasty and I ended the call. Avoid.
