[I'm not even on Virgin but decided to kid her along anyway and waste as much of her time as possible]. She then tries to make me log into my computer - which I PRETENDED to do, trying to waste as much of her time as possible..... eventually she became annoyed and hung up!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036086xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with telemarketing calls, surveys, sometimes also accident chasers - insurance and PPI claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
