Said he was from Amazon and was phoning about my job resistant order for an iPhone. Wanted to talk about my email then hung up. Appeared to be potentially a scam.

SCAM 2 calls so far, get quite a few scam calls from Scotland so tend not to answer any of them.

Recorded message trying to tell me that there are problems with my tax return. Load of rubbish

Spam. Was an automated message with threat that my internet is going to be disconnected. I have a BT line, so I put the phone down on it and then picked it up and waited for dial tone and then dialled 1572, which allowed me to block the last calling number. Not sure if that blocking facility works on other providers landlines. But worth a try. It's a neat facility.

Claimed to be from O2, then hung up when I said I wasn't with them... probable scam call

Fraud - most likely. Call from this number, no one on the other end but could hear a load of foreign voices talking about investments - avoid.

This is an actual real firm's number. But the number has been taken over by some scammer who is contacting random people. I did not answer the phone in time, so rang back and the company said they had several people ringing back who had been approached by scammers. Awful for them to be used like this.

This number is from scammers in Birmingham wanting your bank details to repay you home appliance warranty overpayments that do not exist. Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. They tell you that you have overpaid and they are from the refund department and can only pay your refund directly into your bank account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS. Return phone number on text message warning supposedly from Santander Bank. I confirmed with Santander the message was not from them. Text deleted. Originating phone number blocked.(it was a UK mobile number which I didn’t note)

Received a call from this number, from someone saying they where a company called Stay Solutions that organised tours, and where looking for partners to link up with for accommodation for their tour clients. They didn't know my name, they didn't have my email address. I am a bed and breakfast, and they said it was for a group of 5. I can only take 4 persons in a booking. I was suspicious, and I think they are using this telephone number illegally, its a scam beware!

This is a scam. Automatic woman's voice says your Amazon Prime has expired and to rejoin to pay £95.00 She says to press 1 to rejoin, or 2 for customer services. As I do not use Amazon this made me aware it's a scam and terminated the call and dialled 147 to find this Bournemouth number had registered as the caller.

SCAM this number is a shopping1909 scam, saying they are a home working reviewing sales for Selfridges. They will ask you to do some tasks to earn some money as commission. DO NOT TRUST!
