Automated call from 01778 346650. On answering, a message started about an order for an iPad from Amazon. Wanted me to press a number to continue & another for something else. I hung up. Later the same day, a call was received from 01302 326248, which was for the same thing.

Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1183282xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited.
