Received call from busy overseas call centre claiming to be BT. When I pointed out that yesterdays call was reported as a fraud to the police she hung up. Paid number. Received a voicemail from a woman speaking a foreign language that I do not speak after not answering. The voicemail was the same as one I received from a different paid number. Pretty sure that this is a scam (I have no reason to receive so many similar calls from different numbers), either one which expects you to call back in confusion so you can be charged or one that will try to scam you if you do pick it up.
