Its about time BT started to monitored the Numbers they give out to all and sundry and stop this type of calls.
Suspect this is a spam call. Message left on answerphone was generic in that no person was identified. Stated that two sums of money taken from my account - no mention which account. The information was false. Wanted me to make contact with them.

It?s aqua credit card! Tell them under FCA rules ask them to remove your number and only contact by post! They have to do this! If not you can send a cease and dissist letter! If they ignore this you can report them to the FCA ( financial conduct authority)

Received call from Indian sounding male, call centre environment. Said other people had been using my router. He did NOT ask to confirm my name address, account etc. I asked him many questions as I new it was a scam. He asked me to go to my computer.
