Scam from asian sounding male suposedly working for Virgin Media and claiming that my router was faulty. After getting me to jump through some hoops, told me that I would be getting a new router and £204.56 in compensation. That when I realised it was a scam and they needed my account details which they did not get.
Still receiving calls from Utilitywise, however now they are harassing about changing who our water is billed by and water rates discounts.
