Like the people above, person - a man on first occasion, woman second, couldn t understand what they were saying except they were going to refund PPI. Told them it sounded odd and if they give me a number I ll check it out and get back to them and they put the phone down. Second time I was told to lie about a loan I had not taken out to a different department. They knew my name and address. Not happy.

Fraud - Yet another call, clearly from some contact/scamming centre in India. When I answered they simply hung up. This is the 3rd such call in the last two days and quite frankly I'm getting a little sick of it. This is a new line and only one person has this number, we literally never use it, so unless that one person who does have the number is calling I can almost guarantee its a scam of some sort.
