Ive had letters and emails claiming to be from both my home insurance supplier and my car insurance provider, requesting that i call this number to discuss serious issues with my accounts. However the email from my home insurance provider indicates that i had a car insurance policy with them. Im also a paperless customer and use the customer logon area to administrate my accounts. Luckily i searched the number the wanted me to call and foumd this. I dont know how these people have my policy numbers or my pe

I had a call today telling me that I had a virus on my computer and that the caller could fix it - he had all my Talk Talk details. I asked him for a number so that I could verify he was genuine - he gave me the number 02031294098 - and the name Paul Watson - which was strange as he was Asian and that is a very English name! Anyway Talk Talk verified that they would never call with this information - so it is a scam - don`t give any information away.
