I told him a few truths in dirty english and hung up. had these calls for more than 5 years though not from a "local" number before. I remember once talking to a friend in usa on skype and he got a phone call ~ he asked me to wait a minute and I heard him in the background ... "what my computer is calling you for help?" They try to get you to confirm your details and then pretend to know the expiry date on your credit card (year only) in an attempt to obtain your card details.
