I can see why this has received negative feedback, after you get past the first idiot whose only job is to get money no matter what you will get transferred to BT, I made them aware of the situation which will go through to their customer support. Like everything this service is out sourced so treated like debt collectors. Not SCAM, so all ok as of Sept 26th 2016

Phoned and asked to speak to me on my work mobile by my birth name (which i never use) and said the nature of his call was regarding my road traffic accident - after asking for them to remove my details he proceeded to say i sounded "well fit, so i suppose..." and i hung up.. block block block!

Silent call. Fake number, does not exist on callback

this company is using loop holes in the system to pay people less than minimum wage by saying your self employed. Their paying people less than minimum wage. That is wrong when your going out there working in the snow 10AM - 9PM and 10AM till 11PM on road trips.. in the snow thats including every saturday (6 days of the week) you have people working these long hours and sometimes they only get paid ?20-?50-?100. Caller claimed to be from Serif UK, the software company. They wanted to do a survey, and when I told them I don t do surveys over the phone, nor do I confirm details someone claims to have about me, they slipped up and said they wanted to do a survey about my household finances, not the sort of thing Serif does. I regularly speak to Serif on other matters and never had this kind of conversation with them. I reckon they were out on a Phishing trip, but they didn t get even a nibble from me.

This person rung and claimed to be from TalkTalk and tried to get me to do something to my computer when I said he was a bogus caller he started making loads of insulting and threatening remarks towards me and my family. Barred number now.

Who is this caller who does not answer

as above vile man I told him I would report to police he told me to f.. off I hung up he rang back 5 times ..... Im not happy
