Called a couple of times. Said he was calling from the technical depth at TalkTalk about my internet connection. Didn't believe him and put the phone down.

Rang me and had my real name claiming he was from credit management institute. Anyone who doesn t know, the real organisation is called the institute of credit management!

American recorded voice told me that I had had a law suit filed against me. Asked me to press 1 to contact my case officer. Obviously I did not do so. Obvious scam.

Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! These people call me at least 3 times a day, and it has been going on for months. The ask me if I have had any PPI in the past, they go on and on, then when I finally convince them that I dont, they then ask if I would be interested in wiping off 70% of my debts! Again, when I say no, they persist until I get rude with them. I ask them every single time to take my number off of their system, which they promise to do, and then the next day, or sometimes even the same day, they call again. I have actually sav

I m in Scotland. I received a call from this number while I was at work...couldn t answer. I called back several times, but the line just sounds dead...three beeps. I ve had this kind of thing before from different numbers..usually a PPI-related call. I ve probably missed out on an amazing cash flow injection into my bank account, a once-in-a-lifetime sales opportunity or a fantastic holiday to the Bahamas. But for now, I ve just saved the number as Crank Call and I advise you do the same.

Caller looking to sell dubious investments. Repeated calls despite being asked to stop several times, bordering on harrassment. Pushy, rude and evasive. I suspect company uses several trading names and telephone numbers. Please beware of this number !

Caller identified himself as Reid from Reactive Media. Said he was calling about an overpayment on a (non-existent) loan between two arbitrary dates. When asked for details he couldn t give any and when pushed further he hung up.
