He has called me twice in the past two days. He said I am owed ?2,000 in PPI. He then asked me to confirm my age, address, name etc. I didn t want to give out my details to him and he said I would receive some documentation in the post from my bank. After refusing to give him my details, he ended the call. A piece of advice- give these scammers fake details (play them at their own game) and lead them up the garden path.

Asked me what make my washing machine was, whether I was a homeowner or rented accommodation, who my broadband provider was, would I be interested in Virgin Media, if I had private health insurance, who are my gas and electricity suppliers, what age group I am in etc. So I just told them a load of lies and not to contact me again. I answered questions from a "Researcher" whilst waiting for my flight at Alicante Airport. She stated I will be entered for a holiday Draw. I did not hold any hope but humoured the woman who said I will not be contacted back in the UK This was 2 years ago and am still being pestered. Thankfully, network coverage is non-existent indoors where I live so it gets registered as a Missed Call. Still, very annoying.
