This number called me via WhatsApp, purporting to be one of my children and asking me for bank details, some of which I gave them before I realised what was happening. I have had to freeze my card. This number cannot be trusted. Clearly operated by a fraudster

People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. was called with a woman saying that she had information that I was involved in a car accident and wanted to know details. I haven't been in an accident at all so I asked her who had told her I'd had an accident and where did she get my number from. She ignored that and asked me again for details of the car accident. I posed the same question again to her. She terminated the call.
