Fraud amazon prime scam. Do not follow up, do not press 1. "The scam sees people receive an automated call, telling them that they've been charged for an Amazon Prime subscription. To cancel, all they need to do is ‘press 1’ - but after they do that they're directed to a fraudster posing as an Amazon customer service representative. The fraudster then asks for more details, and often asks you to download an application to your machine to cancel - at which point they cash in."

Caller went on to ask if I was a home owner and if I worked full time or if I was entitled to any tax credits and whether my heating was mains fed or fuel.
