Fraud - they'll send you a fake track and trace message which takes you to an official looking website but it's not the government's one. If you fill your details they'll take money out of your account. Watch out - SCAM
Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20328750xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with fake money grants, but also accident claims - insurance marketing and financial services. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Called me 5 times today. At first I wasn't worried, I answered it an when i spoke they immediately cut off the phone. 2nd time he rang I answered it again and same thing happens.
