Rang me and had my real name claiming he was from credit management institute. Anyone who doesn t know, the real organisation is called the institute of credit management!

These people have been calling me for weeks. I have told them that I am not the person they are asking for "Mrs Humphries" and asked them numerous times to take me off their list but still they call. As soon s they realise I am not the person they want they disconnect sometimes whilst I am mid sentence. Infuriating!

They asked for my name and if I had a life insurance. I said thank you but I am not interested. They replied on a very rude way: "I am not asking you if you are interested or not, just if you have or not a life insurance". I said no thanks, and goodbye. I doubt that would be the best way to communicate with customers...
