I don t answer calls from unknown numbers, but look them up on the Internet. Having read other people s comments I m pleased I didn t answer. Thank you all for your comments. They really helped.

Been called a couple of times from this number claiming I have money owed to me from a third party in my last crash. There was no third party involved, only myself, yet they keep on ringing and telling me this (presumably they want my bank details). When I explain that they are totally in the wrong and there is no money owed to me they have become VERY RUDE. Recorded message saying "This is a call from the Future Planning Team. This is not an important call." It carried on but I hung up and blocked the number.

Left a answer machine message on a work phone claiming to be HRMC conducting an investigation into a fraud matter concerning the organisation we work for and asking to ring the number back.

These calls are driving me mad. Every day and sometimes more than once a day I m getting these unsolicited calls. I can t even be rude to an automated caller! Number not recognised when try to return call to request they stop. This is harassment.

Claim to be a company dealing with my accident claim - asked them what my name is and he couldn t answer. Told him politely I have never had an accident and to remove my number from their database !!

They hung up when answered.

Silent call

This number has been calling my house phone repeatedly throughout the whole day. When i answer and dont say anything they hung up. I answered and they had my surname and asked for 30 seconds to answer some questions.. I said who is calling, they said Future Trends. I said i do not want to take part and they hung up! Idiots
