Company apparently called Quigley & Carter using various mobile numbers to send spam texts. Today s text said "The Banks are refunding customers up to 2000 who have paid a monthly fee on packaged accounts, visit www.mybankrefund.com for your refund today or optout.cc" The website mybankrefund.com apparently belongs to Quigley & Carter and has the following text at the bottom of their website: Quigley & Carter Limited a company registered in England and Wales. Spam ... Trying to get you reply for a PPI claim so is a cost claim scam

A scummy telesales company. They are a legal claims company trawling for business for people whose hearing has been damaged by working in noisy environments. It appears they may have had their database supplied by "Perfect Preferences", but in any event they ignore the TPS database, and as such their cold calls are ILLEGAL.
