Asked for me by my first name, (the cheek of it). Then claimed to be from social housing repair, as we all know there is no such company (a legit one anyway). Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. Fraud Claims to be from Vodafone, a quick check on the Vodafone website shows it to be a lie.

Called to say that this was the bank and that there was strange transactions using my card today. I just hung up. Would say this is people trying to get your bank details to hack your account.

This number tried to call me twice. I don’t know who they are. I did not answer the first time, the second time I made my boyfriend answer and they hung up on him as soon as he said hello. I then messaged them saying “who is this?” They responded at midnight saying “He’ll be there in the morning to meet you, code on the gate is the same. Get to bed!” I blocked their number as soon as they sent that message. It has really freaked me out and I’m scared that someone is going to come to my house.

Left message on my answerphone. Told me two large payments had been made to Amazon and one other company and wanted to verify as I had not made payments to those companies before. Wanted me to ring back. SCAM

Text message claims to be from Evri, saying they attempted a delivery. They want you to pay for a redelivery but really just want your bank details. Be aware!
