This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I got called by this number. Well-spoken British lady asking if I d been in an accident recently. I asked if she knew my name. It seemed to fluster her and I got a "Yes I can hear you" slow response. Then she repeated the same question with the same tone. I quickly realised it was all automated. I hate these things. If the caller is overseas I d rather hang up on a real person, rather than someone in diguise as a Brit. Lower than a snakes belly to use these tech systems to hound people.
