This number keeps ringing me and going off

Legal company regarding car accident, called twice already today.

Phoned out blue, saying following up a previous enquiry I’d made once about investments. Said not a sales call but called themselves ?BT Marketing? I’m currently looki at investments. So let the call run. Pleasant polite lady. Asked if they could pass my details onto a tech investment firm, to send me more info. I felt extra info may be useful, so gave permission. However, contact info they had for me was a very old email address. She reassured me they would not pass my details to anyone else. (We’ll see).

As I am on call preference no company should be cold calling me

Scam caller. Pretended to be from BT. Claimed that there was a problem with my broadband router.

Called themselves Enviro. Offering some service to reduce bills. Admitted an unsolicited call. Refused to disclose source of data. Knew name! Refused to disclose full name and address of the company.

Loads of calls no message ever left. tried to phone it back today and kept getting a message saying I was in queue position 1., didn t hold on for too long - is it just a premium rate dialler?

Although number came up as 01689 325137 I missed call message that said the number was 0161 814 9317.

keep getting bothered all times of day and complete nuisance, Ex directory and member of TPS and STILL they bother me. I on own and get very worried. Do not press 5 or 9 just hang up. THey shoujld be stopped. It is a Manchester no why can they not be stopped

I didn t answer as I didn t recognise the number. They rang yesterday at 6.30pm and today at 10.45am, no message was left. In the unlikely event that the call was from Talk Talk, I have never dealt with that company, so they would have no legitimate reason to ring me.

Had a call at 08:40 on a Sunday morning with a message to ring bt.com/the name of a bank. This was a second attempt. Thanks for the advice re deleting this messaging service.

They called me today asking for my wife, said they had details of a loan she d taken out that had been passed on to them, I pressed for details and they gave some details of a loan she hasn t taken out. She said the company was BPI Claim Line and are part of another company (couldn t make out the name) and they re regulated by the Ministry of Justice. She hung up on me when I pressed her for the company name that they were part of.

Often in morning or evening. even up to 3 times a day. As with all unknown numbers just slide to busy tone and never answer. Nuisance. No reason for EE to call me on unknown numbers. I only get email or SMS from them on genuine Caller ID d numbers.

Repeated calls but only while abroad , itself highly suspicious. I suspect our holiday info was sold. All unanswered. No calls since returning to the UK.

Claims to be talking about problems with Excel - but this is likely to be log-on-to-our-website and let us "mend" your computer scam. RING OFF.

Calling persistently for a person who has never ever lived at this address ( at least not in the past 20 years! ). When I tell the indian call centre person this, as I do on each call, they then ask for the road or street number, which I decline to give them as they should know the details of the person they are calling for.

07010731888 called my home phone. I answered and got 20 seconds of silence before they hung up.
