This number should be a landline from London - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. This is a company called Secure Homecare Ltd, trading as 247 Assist. They purport to provide homecare services such as pendant alarms etc. Once they have an elderly persons phone number they ring regularly, approxiately once every 2 months and sell a further item - usually in the region of about £135- £150.00. We were able to obtain a refund for the last one sold completely unecessarily to my mother - it took about a month to get a refund. We asked them to ensure that they removed details from their databas

Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.
