This is one of many numbers on a scam/spam rampage. Ive tracked the number to a street in liverpool, but i m not sure if they are using a proxy or not. I have a name of the operator and told them to take my number off ALL the numbers databases....Short to say I have been phoned a few days later, from the same office or complex. This number calls but hangs up when you answer and then is engaged when you call back
