Told me I had a problem with my windows pc. Kept them on the line for 45 mins. They then asked was I going to be interested or was I taking the piss? Told them I had a Mac and yes I was taking the piss. I then hung up. Hehehe.

Was it a Government department. Long silent pauses at the other end. Repeatedly asked her to spell the name of her company. She rang off. Surprise surprise. I didn t answer as I didn t recognise the number. They rang yesterday at 6.30pm and today at 10.45am, no message was left. In the unlikely event that the call was from Talk Talk, I have never dealt with that company, so they would have no legitimate reason to ring me.

Almost immediately after I received a warning from O2 by text: *SECURITY WARNING* The one-time code you requested will arrive shortly. If someone's calling you and asking for a code, please end the call because they DO NOT work for O2. If you suspect fraud, call us on 202 so we can protect your account. Soon after a code came from O2. This suggests the caller was trying to access my account.

Been receiving calls from this number. They said they were from o2mobiles. They then proceeded to ask what network my phone is with. I am with o2, so knew there was something dodgy going on. I asked twice to be removed from their calling list before they hung up. The telephonist tried to argue with me asking if I even knew why they were calling.
