Don't think they will have much luck taking legal action against an NI number as it is not a person. Tried calling the number back but it does not connect. BLOCK THIS NUMBER

Indian accent but couldn't understand a word he was saying.
A recorded message saying it was BT and suspicious activity had been discovered and line would be disconnected unless I pressed 1
Rang telling me that I had had a bump on the road and would I like to claim for this. When I said I hadn t had a crash they said Oh, our records state you have, could we be confusing you with someone else in your household? - to which the answer was again no. When I asked her to remove my number she hung up on me.
