She knew one of my email addresses, but not the one provided by BT. She gave daft or evasive answers to my questions. SCAM Claiming to be from BT Openreach returnign my call requesting to terminate my IP address due to inactivity. Unusual, they didnt put phone down as soon as I mentioned call prefernce sevrice, no junk calls and going to report the number.... quite a determined one. Obviously I hadnt requested this and I guess they aint from BTOpenreach!!
