I neglected to mention that my internet provider doesn't use the Openreach network and said I'd go and get my computer. Caller held on for a long time calling out to ask if I was still there. Eventually he disconnected only to phone back. Told him I'd brought the computer but he's hung up so I'd took it back upstairs and now I'd have to go and get

SCAM - OFCOM Internet Conection Called pretending to be OFCOM with a convincing sounding recorded message from a very nice lady that my internet connection had been hacked and would terminate in 24hrs. Then requested I press "1" to resolve the situation. Absolute scam - the number is local to Solihull and is unobtainable if dialled. Delete and block immediately !!!
