A man claimed he was from a company called "Speed" who rudely demand to know why I hadn t made a claim for the accident I d apparently been in. The last accident I d been involved in was a few years ago and upon hearing me start to explain this he hung up before I finished speaking. This is clearly a scam hoping to either get some personal details to allow them to commit identity fraud or to falsely extract money from me.

They called me a couple of times saying, we got information that you have outstanding depts, is that correct? I said no, and the first couple of times, they apologised, but today, just a couple of minutes ago, the guy that I was just speaking to was just a complete A hole, he bloody hung up on me without any explanation. I have never been in dept nor I never want any help from any dept lenders.

Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. PRA Group. Call consistently. However they always ask you to confirm your details which Im not prepared to do. They need to be open and introduce themselves. Otherwise block them. Take there number and call them bk. At least you are in control of the situation and able to discuss things. Knowing that they are who they say they are. Never give your details out. They could be anybody.
