I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive. Dont know who called as I do not recognise the mobile number and didnt answer it possibly an Amazon or HMRC scam as ive had both of those recently from mobile numbers and as no message was left.

Clear English accent. Told me that I had been spying on his wife and taking pictures of her and that he variuosly intended to fill me in and report me to the police. I have a feeling that it was an automated voice response system as I stopped speaking a couple of times and after a pause the voice came back witht he same phrase trying to find out if I was still there.
Female caller, said she was calling about our BT account (we don't have one) then said it was because all lines are operated by Open Reach. Wanted to 'test the line' and see if we qualified for a discount. Finally said she was calling from One-Com. All very suspicious.
